GADA 2022 ANNUAL REOPORT

For Gender And Development Action (GADA), 2022 was the beginning of our emergence and recovery from the challenges of the COVID pandemic which impact between 2020-2021 affected the operations and work of organizations across board in Nigeria. It particularly overshadowed our ability to make tangible progress at many levels, limiting the scope of our work, retention of staff, and access to resources. However, the year presented us with a time for reflection and planning. In response, we took the needed steps to consolidate both our staff team and work in a direction that enabled GADA to successfully embrace new opportunities and approaches. We emerged as a much stronger organization at the end of 2022.
